I wished they had pickled ginger. This is probably a matter of preference, but I felt the vinegar in the sushi rice was a bit too strong.
As the person in charge, I thought I had communicated fairly thoroughly beforehand since it was the first time, but the arrival of the on-site staff on the day itself wasn’t smooth, which made me nervous.
It might be difficult cost-wise, but dried flowers would be lovely if they were fresh.
I imagine cleaning up and packing up alone at the end takes a lot of time and is quite difficult.
