We may charge a fee if the tableware to be returned is damaged, lost, or stolen. We ask for your understanding and acknowledgement in advance.
We prepare and pack food with the utmost care in a sanitary environment at a facility licensed by the public health department.
However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we are covered by “product liability insurance,” so please rest assured that your request will be handled with the utmost care.
