A Lavish Feast: Sushi Matsuki’s Ultimate 12-Piece Sushi Selection with 9 Hors d’Oeuvres
We generously prepare twelve pieces of carefully selected hand-pressed sushi, featuring fatty tuna, tiger prawn, salmon roe, and scallop, among others. Alongside sushi carefully hand-pressed by a craftsman, enjoy a vibrant array of hors d’oeuvres that weave together Japanese and Western flavors, including salt-koji grilled golden eye snapper, tender roast beef, and simmered chicken with grilled leek in a sukiyaki style.
We’ve also added chunky scallop matsumae-zuke, a matcha and brown sugar Japanese parfait, and seasonal fruit jelly, creating a menu that stays indulgent from start to finish. A special plan Sushi Matsuki is proud of, harmonizing Japanese delicacy with festive flair.
