Tuna Dissection Show

The spectacular tuna dissection show is a popular performance that captivates the audience. We prepare the massive tuna right before your eyes, serving it as sashimi and sushi. We can provide tuna of the optimal size based on the number of guests and event scale.
We offer a wide range from 25kg (serves approx. 30-60 people) to 80kg (serves approx. 400-500 people). We can provide approximately 250-2,500 slices of sashimi and 100-1,000 pieces of nigiri sushi. Please feel free to consult us for events with over 500 guests.
Our nigiri sushi is made fresh from the sashimi slices prepared during the tuna dissection.
