As the person in charge, I thought I had communicated fairly thoroughly beforehand since it was the first time, but the arrival of the on-site staff on the day itself wasn’t smooth, which made me nervous.
It might be difficult cost-wise, but dried flowers would be lovely if they were fresh.
I imagine cleaning up and packing up alone at the end takes a lot of time and is quite difficult.

Before deciding on your company, we contacted several others. We were concerned whether anyone could handle the job with only a limited 30-minute preparation time, a relatively small quantity of 20 servings, and a fixed budget. It was quite a struggle to find someone. Since this event was for inviting department heads and above, we couldn’t afford any mistakes.
